Wanted Made Spacer Rings

I tried to make spacer rings a few times today with a jigsaw and even with the smaller blades it does not come out CLEAN even after sanding.

I need 2 rings made if anyone is up for it PM me for more info.

Next thing I am going to buy is a circle jig as soon as I get the money for it.

what kinda wood were you using? ply? were you going slow? not forcing the jig? its really simple.. should take no longer than 20 minutes to do 2 and gets faster as you do more
