Want to rebuild Infinity sub! need help

I've had this Infinity 1230w sitting around that is really screwed up. The cone is crack and has holes and the wires that go to the voice coil are broken off. I've had a few of these woofers and i love 'em. So i was think about rebuilding it to put in my boat. Does anyone make a rebuild kit for this woofer (i doubt) or can i get any rebuild kit and put it in?
