Aren't these countries trying to Americanize themselves? Bollywood, sweatshops? China understands the concept of overpopulation; I know that much. Call it speculation, but I think they will catch on...them being on the same planet and all.

OP failed to mention that this bill is meant to slow global warming by having utilities take measures to reduce their global-warming-inducing output. But thanks OP, for pointing out that we're not talking about carbon monoxide. Sorry, but I'm all for trying to save the Earth.

Hmm I guess you do not know how this case was litigated...and yes it is over DIOXIDE not monoxide. This bill has nothing to next to nothing to do with saving the environment. Did you know that when Al Gore was VP they threatened scientists whom did not go along with global warming (they still do and over 3100 prominate scientists say they are full of shit)?

What happened to the average temprature since 1998?

Why are the ice caps on Mars melting like they are here? Are they sure climate change is man made?

Why can't global warming experts create a reverse forecast model that is at least semi accurate?

Why won't global warming experts debate those whom say it is BS (other higher ranking scientists at that)?

If it has been cooling since the big bang then how can there be "global warming" in a cooling phase that has been getting cooler over the last 11 years? Nothing about known history even suggests there is ANYTHING out of wack with temprature cycles. From 1940 until now you are talking 1 degree in warmth and over the last 11 years that 1 degree in warmth has been lost. Are we to believe the earth has not gone on larger scale climate changes without man over the last million years?

Same asshats who started the global warming scare started the Ice Age scare in the 70's (global cooling), then in the 80's it was deadly toxic rain, then in the 90's it was CFC's in aerosol cans and now they pulled a 180 and say its global warming.
