im still in high school and i cant help it..im goin through the phase most kids go through...i want to have a loud system and i want people to hear me coming...im going to be getting an ext. cab s10 and taking the back seat out and im planning on getting 2 12's....to achieve the sound im wanting do i need sq or spl...

spl will give you more of the pounding deep bass feel.

sq can achieve this also but won't sound like poop, it will have "quality"

I would suggest a SQL sub somewhere inbetween, just use the search button and pick what sounds best for ya. good luck with your decision.
