I currently have a system that pounds, but I want something that hits harder than what I have. I have a 2600 watt SSL running two kicker comp vr 12's and I was looking to sell my system and just start over, can anyone suggest something that i could get for the 450 that will pound hard as hell? I know that is a pretty hard request considering the budget, but at least I can get an idea. And for the record I prefer 12's and a vented box. Thank you!

I looked for one, and found out that the one I found expired on 3/31/12, by the way do you think that the audiopipe will be louder than a F2600.d SSL? That is what I am running right now, but I very seriously doubt that it is the true amp rating.

Believe me, I've been holding my breath for them..site says the 18s are 'At least 30 days out'. But like you said, by the time he gets a box and his system planned out they'll probably be ready.
The 18's are finished and are on their way over to us right now. Hopefully they will arrive in the first two weeks of this next month (May). When they arrive the mayhem of testing all of them and getting them out the door will begin! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Perfect!

Yeah except now I can't wait, and before about 3 hours ago I had never heard of them lol, but imma go ahead and get the amp and see how that helps my setup.but I will get the obsidians, any reason you suggested 18s?
The 2 basic ways you get louder is either adding power or adding cone area... With your budget and space requirements the best way to do that is cone area... 2 18's will give you the most cone area you can get in the space you have while keeping enough money for the rest of the setup...

By the time you get everything else in and a box built the subs will be in stock...
Well the 18"s are starting to look promising on coming soon. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif But on another note, I was thinking today, why do you advise the Audiopipe 1500? The reason I ask, is again I don't know how good quality some of the brands are, but I have an Interfire 1600 watt monoblock, I wasn't sure how it would compare to that Audiopipe.

Interfire T Seires Monoblock Car Amplifier

•MOSFET PWM power supply

•LED power and protect indicators

•Enhanced Bass Boost (12dB @45HZ)

•Soft Start Turn-on

•Tri mode capable

•Remote turn on/off circuit

•Variable input gain control

•Variable Low-Pass Filter (50-150 Hz)

•Subsonic filter: 15-40 Hz

•Fueses 3-25amp ATC

Oh, and another question Bettr, I was thinking today, what if I just didn't sell my 2 12's and just added 2 more to them? Would that be sufficient enough? I know that they are 4 ohm, 400rms, 800max, so I figured if I got that Audiopipe amp, and ran them off of that 1500 that would be sufficient, but would it sound good or what? I was thinking of either facing them up and firing back, in 2 seperate boxes, or buying a 4 set vented box... any suggestions anyone? I am just getting some more ideas that don't necesarily mean selling my speakers since nobody seems to want them lol
