ok, feel free to make fun of my paint skills

anyway, i wanna go I.B.. my problem is obviously the shape of the opening of the trunk.. now its going to be impossible to get my board to fit exactly to the shape of the trunk.. granted the pic is very out of scale.. but i think you get the idea... anyway where the X's are.. what do you people use to seal those parts...?

erm, why not just use a bigger board, and have it cut to the shape of the pass-through?

well i can probaly do that for the top part, the way my car is.. to get the sides perfectly sealed is gonna be rough.. its far from as simple as that drawing...

Cut separate pieces for those 3 small areas. Then seal them with expandable foam.
