Wanna Get louder!

so i have a 12" Type R running on about 600watts or so and all my buddies just upgraded. On got a type X with a 1000 watt amp. One with Two Diamond D6 12's on 1600 watts. And one with a FI 15 on 1200 watts. All are louder than mine and i was the loudest for a little while now i wanna be back on top or at least close to top i really dont wanna beat the Fi just the other ones. I was thinking or adding another R and a better amp then my hifonics just wanting some input

Get another R, good box is a plus and 1600+watts... That might help u out a bit

yea i have one and its ****ing loud, but its beaten by the X pretty bad, but i have an undersized box plus my amp is a cheaper one

Get a good box, thats first. A good box will do wonders. Solid power also

agreed with rev. they can get loud. i would try to find a decent amp that does 1600-2K watts and build a good, big, ported box for them. youll be hitting harder than all of them probably. depends on the FI though

prob is your sub is d2 so mabey a 2 ch amp with another? or two new d4's and a mono?

lol.. if you get a monoblock amp that does power at 2ohms, get two Dual 2ohm subs. if it does power at 1ohm, get two dual 4s
