Wall or no wall with hdc3's?

How do you seal the wall to the interior without ruining the oem panels?
Laid down lots of painters tape (the blue stuff that doesn't leave a residue), then built up MDF as tight as we could get then laid a flush trim panel on top of that. Then any gaps were filled in with liquid nails and fiberglass.

That way it was sealed up tight against the interior panels but didn't do any damage. Worked pretty well actually.
