Well I'm gonna try the 05 XXX and see how I like it, but I still might do somethin new in the summer.

I like the hdc3's, and they can get **** loud. Well if I keep them I want to be louder. Soo I was thinkin of reconing my 15's to 18's...which would cost around $280 for both. Or just keep the 15's.

If I did a wall I would seal it off behind the back seat. Or if not a wall I build a new box with 6" pvc ports...

Do you think making a wall would be worth it, ( behind the rear seats)? Any what kind of diff in output would hear between reconing to 18's or keeping the 15's

I will be using the same amps, and equipment in my sig

i say do it. it would scare the hell out of the people who had to ride in the back seat.
Think it already scares people that sit in there:laugh:

would be very cool looking

Not sure how to cleanly brace the box so it dont move in a wall?

bolt to the body of the car...
Sounds like a ***** to bolt to the body....maybe I could figure somethin out.

hmmmm. Bolts could still pull through the body

hmmmm, anymore opinions? Don't want to damage any parts, and still want to put my to oem. My setup right now just slips in. I just need a way to secure the wall. So box would weigh about 2-300 lbs, and subs another 100lbs. My Deka might hold the box down some, but not in a crash, thats what I'm worried about.

you use large fender washers, so the bolts can't pull through the sheetmetal or box. You can also make up brackets with 1/8" x 1" aluminum to secure the box to the car.

My wall was only temp, so nothing was welded in and it was VERY secure...

Its not worth the money to rip apart perfectly good 15"s. and i might be needing a box built soon //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
