Wall or no wall with hdc3's?

Its not worth the money to rip apart perfectly good 15"s. and i might be needing a box built soon //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
hopin on gettin a table saw for christmas, or I might have enough cash too

just hit me up when the time comes

I don't think walling behind the backseat is really worth it.

My teammate tried it and he didn't gain anything over his regular box. However, it did reduce a lot of stress on the back window/tailgate. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

keep the aq's, subs up/ port back:cool:
I actually very well may just build a new box...personally I'm thinkin I need more surface area with 4k, or more port area to move more air...this is daily..tl #'s dont really matter. I'm more into doin hairtricks than break 150

Haha yeah my hatch is what makes the most noise, the port bounces right off the window. I think I'm gonna build a new box ..

So would I make the box a lil smaller to be more effeicient. Lookin to be louder, and move more air? How can I do that,

Box right now is 8 cubes tuned to 37.77 hz, and sup/port up...AND I'm look to move more air now?

Sounds like a ***** to bolt to the body....maybe I could figure somethin out.
hmmmm. Bolts could still pull through the body

hmmmm, anymore opinions? Don't want to damage any parts, and still want to put my to oem. My setup right now just slips in. I just need a way to secure the wall. So box would weigh about 2-300 lbs, and subs another 100lbs. My Deka might hold the box down some, but not in a crash, thats what I'm worried about.
I cant believe you are even considering a wall if you want to go back to oem some day.

Actually, depending on how its built a wall can be removed without damaging anything.

The wall we had in mark potts blazer came out without damaging any of the interior including the headliner, and that setup was really strong.

It's all in the preparation.

Well always wanted a wall, but might wait for something bigger. I'll have this vehicle for a while, since I wont be able to sell it for what I owe right now.

I hear its not worth it if its behind the rear seat too? No way am I gonna loose my seat to. If I did that I would have gotten a truck..

btw can anyone give me any tips on what i need to be more efficient/ move more air with a new box? What could I do...btw I think the vr4000d is the most these things will take so take that into consideration with the box too

How do you seal the wall to the interior without ruining the oem panels?
