wall box port placements?????????

so the theory is that with a wall the port should be on driver side to be loudest on the mic... well what about to the ear for every day ground pounding bass??? does it make a difference? say 4 15s??

- port down the middle with 2 subs on each side?

-port driver side

-port passenger side?

-port top

- bottom?>?????

whats best for daily if there is a difference

 
i would like to know also, I just had box designed that is 2 18s with port across the top all forward to replace my box thats subs up, port back

 
ive seen it done with 6 15s. It sounded pretty good to me but it was in a Tahoe and had a shit ton of box volume
yea.. well im doing 4 15" memphis pr's and probably not that much volume seeing they dont need that much. probably 3 cubes per sub tuned to 36 hertz.
