i didnt mean not to get the nautique, but that boat has a bunch of potentional for a big wake. i would just hat to see it only used for skurfing.i would rather own any wakeboard boat than a sea ray anytime of the day. sea for FTL oh and dont hate on the tige.lol

i just want another wake surf board, i have one and three boards now, plus one half a board. i dont want to only use it for surfing. plus whatever i use it for i want a nautique.

Whatever happened to Mastercraft they still make good boats?

They used to be the shit back in the early 90s

i thought you only had one board, my bad. then go for the nautique and add bout 2000 pounds of ballast and youll be set.

the still make a decent boat. quality isnt that of a nautique though.

nautique > the rest

malibu, centurion, calabria, sanger (eww!), master crap, MB (calabria), tige, etc... those all battle it out for 2nd.

they make great boats but their so expensive and IMO their becommig more luxury than wakeboarding. look into supras also i heard those have a nice wake

they dont need any more ballast than they already have stock with the two side and center, they might have a forward ballast too, i forgot. they are designed to work with that amount of ballast and the hull is designed for that much weight to be in certain spots. i will post a pic of mine tomarrow, i have to take some.

supras are horrible.

quality wise, SANs are in a league of their own. however i prefer mastercraft x/1/2 or x star wake. i like longer transitions instead of the super abrupt wake the SANs have with a lot of weight.

it was ok. drove 13 hours to go there, but if its only house boats then there no other boats to make it choppy and you have all the flat water to yourself and thats how it was.haha

we have had just about everything, nautiques, masters, calabrias, brendellas, etc... my dad used to be a big time skier and hung around mike brendella and some other guys, thats why we went with a calabria a few years ago. the brendella was perhaps the best ski boat ever made, the wake was above and beyond that of our ski nautiques.
