Need Help with a Movie Title

Ok I remember really liking this one movie but really can't remember the title or the main actors. The plot is a follows:

A group of 5-6 guys rent out a really expensive RV for their trip to a boxing match. When they leave for the match the highway is blocked and instead of being late for the fight they decide to get off the highway and take a shortcut. Well they get lost in some "scary" ghetto (maybe LA, Chicago, or NYC) and end up running into terrorists (I believe they are German) and seem them execute someone. Anyway the RV gets blown up and the terrorists chase these guys all over the projects trying to kill them.

I don't remember the title, actors, or even the ending but I just remember the movie was badass. I think it's from the mid to early 90's.

Anybody remember seeing this?

yup you you're right that is the movie. I'm gonna rent it this weekend and see if it's still good 10 year later... I have a feeling that Dennis Leary was the bad guy.
