No the Humorous euphemism was the substitution of a racial slur. Unless I'm mistaken, "Afro" is not considered a racial slur. You are one to complain about racism, which is nothing more than over-generalization pertaining to the behavior tendency of an ethnicity. You are yourself severely overgeneralizing the quality of a product based on a brand name and internet bandwagons. Most likely formed (among other reasons) because of the gawdy monstrosities Sony markets as budget amps to the amateur walmart shopper.

And you seem to be under the delusion that money spent = quality. My front stage is currently stock if you hadn't noticed. Mainly because the quality is sufficient at the moment. If you want to get into the front stage that will replace it, we can play.

And as far as "deadening" goes, if it needs it, it needs it. See.. higher quality cars usually have sound dampening materials in them from the factory, you may or may not have experienced this. Regardless I fail to see how this is relevant to the conversation.

Finally, I guess you are right, There are James Bondesque individuals trolling this forum who can locate and steal my equipment based on a photograph, and city location. You don't know much about much do you? Well in short kiddo, this is a CAR AUDIO forum, established for the discussion of said topic by CAR AUDIO enthusiasts. I am so happy about a few things going on right now. First off, it NEEDS deadening. Second, you're girls car is not a "higher quality car". So, when you're at Best Buy having someone pull your door panels for you, note the vapor barrier in the door you call "sound dampening material", then ask the 18 year old kid helping, you to feel inside the door, and if he feels anything on the door skin that may prevent it from vibrating/resonating the light gauge sheet metal that makes up your door. I am not proud of this, but I used to do this shit professionally, and dumb people always went with Sony, so I have a firsthand knowledge of their fail rate, and general lack of quality. I am not a Kicker fan, but we sold Kicker, and when a 500RMS(ha) Sony was replaced by a 300RMS Kicker it would always perform better. SO, kiddo, you're limited exposure is a bit of a post hoc (I see you think you're smart, so I can play too). And may I add your front stage will never, NEVER rival mine. Two woofers, two tweets. Done right (not how you do it) is pure ***. I no longer compete SQ , so this shit is blaring loud, clear, accurate and all around orgasmic. And go ask a black dude if he has a problem being called "afro-American" and you'll have a guy who knows one thing for sure....You're a clown

What amp are you planning on using?

A single w7 1.5 ohm load.

2 w7's a 3 ohm load.

I would suggest the 13w6, or 2 of them off an AQ2200D.
