alright, ya so i keep doing comparisons, so be it haha u can stand it. i went to sound advice today (my friend had something installed) and they said they could get me 4 10" w6v2's for 369 a piece, and as these dont need as much power as the XXX i would only run one orion 2200, if i could get the wiring right. which system would u get .....the XXX 10's would either be on the same amp, or another one also, tell me which and why if you would please.

if i ran a single amp to all these, im lookin at 1600-2000 watts, what amp do u guys recommend.....what about a zapco 9.0 would this push all these subs where the pound.

If you are looking to get a single amp that does around 1600-2000 watts I'd go with 1-2 XXX's, or 2 SX's. I personally don't think JL Audio is worth the money.

I have 2 RE HC 15's, IMO the SQ is amazing!! Even though they are not in a good SQ box. I can also say that they are REALLY loud !!

If you were to consider 2 12's or 15's instead of 4 10's you might like that better as well. More surface area, per driver. As well, you can use about the same amount of power per driver, so like 1000 watts to a 10, 12, or 15, since you would only have 2 12's or 2 15's it would turn out to be much cheaper to power them fully.

Just a few options to look into. If you are set on 10's, I'd take the XXX 10's over the w6v2's any time.

well, ive owned 12's already, i just wanna try something new ya know? im not set on STRICTLY 10's although i think it would make for an insteresting setup. if i got fifteens, would u go with XXX or death penalties, or ever the middle line they make the lethal injections.....if they come in fifteens

Well I don't know anything about death penalties but I think they are more SPL. I personally would choose the XXX because I own 2 HC's right now and they are LOUD and sound AMAZING to my ear. Since the XXX has the ability to get louder and sound better than the HC's then I would be more than happy with it.

Depending on what you are looking for, a single 15 will be REALLY loud. I'd say more than enough for daily driving if you want to still have the ability to hear next year
