need help....torn b-tween 2 amps

i'm currently looking for amp for my Cerwin-Vega Stealth series 12" subs..... rated @4 ohms and 500w max rms(250w nominal) gonna be in a sealed box.........i like fosgate but i wanna kinda match with my head unit (Kenwood..flip face..i 4get wat model)............ if anyone can help it would be appreciated..
