W6 Bottom Out V. Blown Help?

I have a 12W6v2 in a sealed box with a infinity 611a amp hooked up to it that is about 650 watts rms. when my sub hits some beats it makes a rattle sound and when its turned up high it does it sometimes, what do you think this can be could it be i need to adjust my input on the amp?

it should have a clipping indicator on the amp

rattling noise in the sub is what i got out of that, id say cone got disconnected somwhere from the spider.
