Subwoofer Dilemma

Okay, right now I have a Fi Q10 off my US XT2000D. The enclosure originally built (and currently in) is way too small; 0.5cf tuned to 28Hz. I had someone build it because I just wanted to pay once and never have to mess with it since I am moving at end of summer. Well they f'd it up needless to say.

So I am looking to build a new one myself OR sell the Q10 and get like two 8's. Possibly RL-i8's.

I am SQ oriented so strictly that is a plus. I would like it to get decently loud though but still sound great while doing so.

I love the lows so whatever I go with MUST be able to hit 30Hz and below with accuracy and depth.

1.5 to 2 cu.ft is good...

.5 cubes ported alittle too small for a 10 like the Q...even if Fi says it can go that small, i'd do what mike said...

Yes and I told the place 12940019744018414times that I need it to be 1cf FINAL after all displacements and it's 0.5cf after all. I wouldn't even put it in 0.5cf sealed.

Any other ideas? I am posting a feeler for the sub on a local forum to see if there's any interest. The sub looks/sounds like it willl shine in ~1-1.25cf FINAL tuned to 27Hz but I am kinda stuck on where to go with this.
