Good luck on collecting any money out of UPS...they own their own insurance company and will PWN you on claims 98% of the time....I've never seen an extra cent from them even a thin dime of my insurance money I paid back when they clearly destroyed the package...if yours was packaged by a UPS store for extra money......and be able to collect //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have only had to file a claim once, and I got the entire amount of the insurance on the package, and it was packaged by me.

he will get his money back. I sold a bnib DNX-8120 and it got destroyed. I sold it for 1100 and put 1350 in insurance on it so I could replace it with and brand new one and had the money in 13 business days.

well I've seen things insured and around here they always come up with some lame a$$ excuse not to pay....I do hope you have better luck....because I hate those cheating scamming b@stards....at UPS...stop by one evening at your local loading place where their minum wage payed workers are playing football to load the trucks...you'll understand why things get broke...I saw one kick a small box marked fragile like a soccer ball into a truck....maybe it was packed well...who knows....

Actually, when I was looking into working at a UPS loading facility they make pretty good money. Not minimum wage at all.

Actually, when I was looking into working at a UPS loading facility they make pretty good money. Not minimum wage at all.

UPS pays very well. There's a reason their drivers are always very professional and courtesy... there's a line of 100 other guys behind him wanting his job and salary.
