W505 owned by UPS

So as you may have seen I bought a iva-w505 off STL_styles

Upon opening the package I discovered that the screen was smashed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

He got in touch with me today and told me it was insured and gave me his number. Left him a voicemail and expect to hear back from him soon!

This is VERY clearly UPS' fault. The packing was done by UPS. Thank god for insurance.
