w200/blackbird/tr7 problem

hey guys. I got the dock for the blackbird a day or two ago and hooked it up yesterday. For some reason the nav is acting really funny and I'm wondering if i hooked up something wrong due to the PTR7. Anyone have experience with this? sometimeswhen I go to Nav it just goes to a blue screen that says Alpine and sometimes the interrupt doesn't work(the icon comes up but no voice).

Do I need to wire something differently because of the PTR7? Thanks guys.
