W/e happend to alpine manufacturing boxes?

I bought a box from alpine about a yr ago. Alpine no longer lists sub boxes on their site. Did they stop making them or...? I also wanted to know just how good this box is. All I know is it bumps but im not a pro at this stuff.

I had a feeling someone would say that. haha Very true but what I guess Im trying to ask is there WAYY better box then what I have? Like I said im no pro, but id be **** surprised if theres any more performance left between the box/sub

I wouldn't make that statement. The box was designed by alpine for that specific sub. I've seen plenty of custom boxes that weren't that good.

you can make the sub do whatever YOU want by custom building, instead of what ALPINE wants.

I have seen two of these sub boxes on ebay for a 10in sub i think that the other box was for a 12in not sure

they still make them for the type r and s i think and they look way different.....those boxes actually werent bad at all my dad has the 12 and it gets quite loud

Ohh ok. Just doesn't make sense why they dont list them on ALpine's site.
