The stroker is an SPL only sub, and very expensive

The W6 is a SQ sub, and somewhat expensive.

and, the W7 is JL's top model. Why compare to the W6.

From a general standpoint, a driver geared towards high output levels will often have a larger coil, stiffer suspension, and a heavier cone, because they are meant to take high wattage and not break a sweat, but all these bigger parts lead to a higher MMS (moving mass) thus, the driver will be inefficient at turning wattage into sound.

oh i thought that the higher the sensitivity the more noise it produced.
