VR3 amp keeps blowing fuse

My friend had a VR3 Virtual reailty sound labs 2 channel amp, and it keeps blowing the fuse, I put in a new wiring kit and still the same problem could it be the amp its self? IIt work fine for about a month. any help would be great.
