Volumes Rises Equals Distortion??

Sound is distorting & I have 2 MTX 12' T6124A SUBS AND A MTX 2 CHANNEL AMP THUNDER

3202. ITS PROBABLY A SIMPLE QUESTION BUT WHEN THE VOLUME GOES UP TO ABOUT 31

OUT OF 50 IT DISTORSTS. NOW I HAVE THE BASS TO 0 & I HAVE THE TREBLE TO +6 AND FAD & BAL ARE BOTH ZERO. IM NOT SURE WHAT THE AMP SETTINGS ARE CUZ THE CC GUY JUST PUT IT IN & I NEED TO KNOW WHAT SHOULD MY SETTINGS BE FOR THE AMP SO I CAN CUT OUT DISTORTION. OR IS IT I NEED A MORE POWERFUL AMP OR WHAT?? & JMAC DONT TURN ME TO JUST TURN THE VOLUME DOWN CUZ THAT WONT SOLVE DA PROBLEM(ONLY TEMPORARY).

But anyways, to try to answer you question, what is the usual volume you play that bumps good? It's hard to try to explain, but you get what I'm saying? I think whenever you turn any cd player to a certain volume, its gonna distort, because the distortion on a h/u is high at high volumes. But if 31 is a low volume for you, then try to fool around with all the settings on the deck.

Now that I know what you mean about all caps....I wont use them then. Yeah Im kinda new to this website, but the internet NO. I've never heard of not using all caps thats new to me I didnt know people took it so serious. Well thanx for the input I will try it when I get out of work & hopefully that will be the problem.

I like to blast my rap music (real hiphop not garbage frm da radio stations) & I hate when it distorts but I think what yall just said will correct da problem.
