Sold VLX-400 2400rms......testing water

just wondering what I could get for my US Amps VLX-400????

I am putting three Kicker L7 subs uin may car all 12s but my amp may be overkill and harsh on my car i was thinking of selling the amp and maybe buying three Hifonics Brutis amd or one Colossus amp.....If I were do do three seperat amps what would you guys recomend for each???

So how much do u think I could get..

US Amps VLX-400----green casing

-2400rms @ 1ohm.....rated at 12.5 volts!!!

was hooked to one Audiobahn Immortal and hit 151Db!!!!

Will go lower than 1 ohm no problem also....very crazy amp for comps(cheater amp kinda)

first of all, unless you have a killer electrical system dont even bother running this amp, it a is a current hog from hell. i personally would be interested in the amp if you were to sell it, ive always wanted one and will want it untill i get it , i want to see piucs as well, and refs,

as far as amps i would recommend, i say stay with us amps, but it all depends on how much you want to spend, but yeah, if you do sell this i have dibs, depends on the price

Here is my sounddomain page...i really love this amp and was gonna order a yellow top and cap(all the guy that owned it before me had and it was fine)

I am not totally for sure on the sale.......shoot me some prices people...I know i bought it for a killer price but would like to sell for same or little more......give me price USD or CDN I am Canadian but either way.....just let me know.

Oh ya how do you think it will move my 3 kicker L7s at 2.67 ohms ( for less current draw) ...i would run .67 but will have to do some upgrade!!!

i think that it would push the subs well, and at that ohm you really should be fine power wise, im sure the L7s could take more, but if you do drop that amp to .67 make sure you have an HO alt or 2

Unless you have the big 3 upgraded and a high output alt along with 4 1000 cca batteries or a batcap 8400 then forget this amp for daily. The 2000x replaced this amp for a reason, better technology and less current draw. 3 1000 watt class d amps would suit you well for what you want to do.

hmmm i have a us amps 4000x comin my way soon, has a few scratches and such but would you trade? it plays 4000rms at 4 ohms, might be what your lookin for...

I speak from experience and I would NOT run a 4000x for anything more than strictly burps, there is NO protection whatsoever on that amp.

It takes power to make power. I wouldn't use the VLX-400 for daily either unless you have a power plant to properly supply the beast. Again, just speaking from experience.
