you could get either one thats up to you, you're gonna keep the gain down so you wont be killing your electrical... go for it.

i think i might just, if i can get **** indoaudio to gimme my **** 150 back for the defective amp they sent me, ive been going around with them for more than two months..if not i might have to get something that they sell, like a bx1800d, or soundstream vga 1600.2 i really dont want to though, i want my money back...does anybody here know anybody there? i guess ive been talking to Ravi (operations manager) and he is pretty useless, he like to regurgitate answers to FAQS and what not
I was at my local shop hangin around with the guys and some dude came up there with one of those visionik amps wanting to get it fixed cause it was blown. I wonder if they are really that good?

I've used many ma audio amps, part of the anaba group whom makes visonik, and never had a problem with any of them....

Hoss used to have the 900HC IIRC. Doesn't quite do rated power, but it's not too far off if you have the juice to back it up.
Amps blow for all sorts of reasons. More often than not it's usually user error.
Make sure you have enough room for it, it's bloody massive.

i used my v900HC for SPL a couple yaers back, great amp. matter of fact, i am using it right now sinec i blew my Tru H1. the visonik is a great buy, but no it wont do rated power. im not sure how much it will actually do, but i know that in my 97 explorer with stock charging system, i was getting no more than 1500 watts out of it. keep in mind though that is going full bore on a sine wave for SPL comps. with adequate charging system you should get good power out of it, but you are going to need alot of current to feed it.

yeah, i fugure scince i only need half of the power that it claim, that i will not mind if it doenst put out power, im worried about my electrical though...can too much current draw do damage to the cars electrical..i know it can put alot of strain on the alternator, and eventually fry it, but..anything else?

low voltage is gonna be a bigger enemy than current draw. low voltage can make electronics cranky

makes everything go bad. low voltage can cause damage to all electronics. you just gotta beef up the electrical system so you can stay as close to 14v as possible.
low voltage is what cause my tru H1 to fail. it was drawing enough current to drop my system from 14 volts(normal) to slightly below 11v(waaay not normal). it was low enough voltage to shut off all the electronics in my car. luckily it didnt hurt any of the other electrical system in my car. but it was enough to make my hammer all smoky and spit some flames.
