My transmitter is messed up what do i do?

Bring it back to the dealer you had it installed at. They should be able to replace it for you. Unless you bought it online...

so the dei accessories work for either alarms, lets say the 508 field sensor will work on either viper or cliff.?

they will work on Any alarm.
