Did you hook up the Tach wire? or are you tying to use the voltage option? areas where th temp goes low causes eratic behavior in voltage mode. There is a Cranktime option in the menus but if you have tach connected you usually don't need it.

That's not true. Voltage tach is "supposed" (key word here) to crank less in the summer and increase crank in the winter.

Easiest way to adjust the crank time is with a bitwriter. Read the manual, tho, and it shouldl you how to do it by counting flashing led's...

It's probably in virtual tach mode (voltage) and thats why its not wanting to start properly. You could tag the tach wire and it will start correctly then, however i wouldnt do this in some vehicles because it can effect the vehicles electrical system.

Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone.

791 does not come with virtual tach, this alarm is almost 5 years old now

you need to adjust the crank time, or run a tach wire. Find someone with a bitwriter, or read the manual

Usually when you shop for a replacement harness for your model, you will find the pictures may show you in what pins your wires go to.
