i was in the market for around an 02-03. I wanted the silverado originally just because i wanted a truck. I had an SUV before this, so i thought a truck would be a nice change. I test drove some, and i did like em, nothing wrong with them at all. But going from the silverado to the avalanche, it felt a lot more luxurious and roomy with the 4 doors. If i could have afforded one of the newer 4 door silverado's, i would have probably gone that direction, but i couldnt put down the extra $$$ for one.
and after 2 rolls of raamat and 7 yards of ensolite, this thing is silent hehe. Every time i drive someone around, i get the "wow, this is really quite". what were the specs on that box??

its 8cubes tuned to 33hz, each sub has its own 4cu ft chamber and port. It also has a double baffle.

and i need to sell my subs and amp before i can do the install. I think im gonna sell my 800 thats under the hood an dput a 1400 up there, and i need a bigger amp!

awesome. I like it much better then my old XX-hercules. They supposedly can do rated power too, but i havent tried dumping 2500RMS onto these subs, and dont plan on it heh.

i thought about that actually, but i dont have the time right now too do that kind of modding, maybe i'll add two more this summer. the box will already take up most of the bed of the truck lol

for the SX's? So far, its going to be 14cubes @ 34hz, the subs will be firing down at a 45 degree angle, port on bottom firing into the back of the seats
