Video Cards, Help me out here!

Which video card is the best for my budget ($140 or below). It has to be on this site, http://www.newegg.com .i currently have the fx5200 126mb, i am looking for a video card that shows a huge improvement with that budget and can play FEAR nicely. No PCI, only AGP.

Is this good?

I really don't know much about graphics card, i was told that i needed the ones that say AGP, not PCI because of my computer(compaq presario 6000).

Fear is one of the harder games to run, it will bring my 7900gt to its knees if you set it to run max everything with full AA and soft shadows at high res

Does the 128mb to 512mb make a difference? which one out of these should i go with?Or i can't go wrong with both of them?

I own that XFX Gforce 6800 GS/XT ,just installed it about a month ago

works great for me - BF2,HL2 etc
