i need a very efficient amp cause my dad wants to be able to play his sub for a while without getting a new battery. It needs to be at least 300X1 @ 4 ohms. Thanks

For $120 shipped...since shipping is roughly $20 it leaves only $100 Your not gonna get high quality for $100 There are a lot of cheap amps at Wal-mart for that price...but you get what you pay for...if you get something used...you have no warranty...and take a risk of it not even working...making your cost even higher if you have to buy another ampor have that one repaired.....

couldnt find any alpine right now. anyways their 300rms was rated at 2ohm and not 4. here are some that would end around 100, give or take.

is it going to be the only amplifier in your dad's car? i dont think its gonna affect the battery too much as the alternator should probably be able to handle a 300 watt amplifier. the orion 3002 is a good choice, solid amp. diamond d3 400.2 isn't bad either if you can shell out the few extra dollars.
