I have a set of custom kick panels made for the Jeep Wrangler. These cost about $640 to have built, and they rock. Hours and hours of sound auditioning went into making these create a very high and realistic soundstage. Most people don't even realize the speakers are on the floor. The last stereo event I took them to, most people simply would not believe that I didn't have any speakers in the rear of the jeep or the stock dash or in some hidden door locations.
The carpet can be easily removed and covered to match your interior. Also, you can cover one set of speaker holes and use this as a two way system.
CDT Eurosport 6.3 three way speakers were used.
Stunning sound to say the least!!
