Velodyne Subs worth the $$ ?

Yes, I've got a 10" I bought years back when it first came out ($1000) and it still performs like new! Clean and deep for a 10. i have a friend with a velodyne 10, and i could not tell where this thing was sitting at....it sounded beautiful.
