Velleman handheld oscilloscope, any good?

I am interested in buying a low cost oscilloscope for setting head unit output level and amp gain.

I saw the Velleman hand held oscilloscopes on ebay for $140-$150. i was wondering if they are any good. I know I don't need anything real fancy for this type of measurement, but I want something that is accurate, and don't want to waste my money.
