I finally got my income tax chq so its time to go car shopping. I found a little dealership that has approved me with $1000 down ( shitty credit). I've narrowed it down to 4 vehicles but am having a hard time deciding. hopefully you guys can help me out.

1. 91 Celica gt liftback $ 3998 with 140k

2. 92 Civic dx $4998 with 150k

3. 96 sonoma $4998 with 123k

4. 94 Swift $5998 with 106k

Would it be better for me to check out new vehicles instead? i'm not sure which places would look at me cause of my credit and have vehicles under 10k. Thanks.

5-6k for 15-18 yr old cars with 150k on them? for those price you should be able to do allot better.
I wish. Looking at a lot of websites and i can find newer and cheaper vehicles but with a shat load of km's.

Maybe ill give some dealerships a call and see what i can do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif sucks not having a car and walking to work.

Why dont u get a private seller loan and buy a used car off craigslist. Might have a little higher % but you can get less money loaned to u if u find the right bank to do it.

The worst thing you can do is settle for a car for the convenience of being able to finance it there. I just bought 2 decent cars for $500 each and there's nothing wrong with either of them. Be patient and find something you want and that is worth what you'll be paying.

haha ill run them by the guy. not that its much of a diff but my prices are without my down. newer vehicles dont really appeal to me. Its hard to find a used vehicle without over 200k

I picked up an 03 Focus with 35-40k miles from a dealership for a little more than that 94 swift your looking at... You might want to take someone who has been car shopping before with you, those prices are absolutely redicoulous //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
