Value of a used amp

I have a used Boston GTA-504 4 channel Class AB amp and my buddy wants to buy it from me. Still have the box, manual, etc and the amp works perfectly. What is a reasonable price to a good friend?

Well Looks like new its around $150. I would say at least $75 bucks. maybe $85 or so. If its in good shape counts too.
