Hello

Ive snne folks go into a Radio Shack and buy caps a coils to be used as crossovers.

My question is what type, or what rating of coil or cap is needed to do the job.

Example...... tweeters in the pillers and 5x7 3ways in the doors, to much mid bass for the pillers, what cap do i put in to cut that out?

An old schooler can help me here.

thanks

Sounds like you just need a single electrolytic on the tweet to act as a 6dB/oct first-order Xover...fancy name for a "bass blocker" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

http://www.the12volt.com I believe has a calculator you can use, the value's going to depend on what frequency you want to start rolling off...
