Snag it. I have one and love it. I took mine out because I plan on running active this summer. If you dont plan on running a 2 amp setup this thing works great.

Big improvement over headunit power, but cheaper and easier to install then an additional amp.

If it has the black plug then yes. Alpine says it does as well.

Hmmmmm I just bought a 9855 and an extra set of tweets... I wonder if I could run my tweets and mids straight of of this and use the EQ on the deck to control them?

The headunit I used it with was the cde-102, so yes it will work.

Then as long as your molex harness is black, it'll work.

It's not going to be the same as a traditional amp output wise, but it will be a jump up from standalone headunit power.
