Use stock location separate tweeters or tweeters built into speakers?

I have a BMW E30 that has tweeter pods where the side view mirrors are. I'm currently installing Infinity Kappa 6 1/2" that have the rotating tweeters on the speakers. Am I better off leaving the Infinity tweeters unplugged and running separate tweeters in the stock location or using the Infinity tweeters? I was thinking the separate tweeters in the stock location, but you guys know this stuff much better than I.

(Infinities are mounted at the floorboard location near your feet in front of the door)
