Upgrading stock front stage

I'm looking to redo my front stage in my 98 civic. I was sold on the PPI 356cs, but now those are hard to find at the price that all the rave was about. I'm now sitting between the ID CTX65cs or the MB Quart PVI 216. I always saw the ID's mentioned in conversations with the PPI's, but let me know what you guys think. And as a sub topic, what amp would you run with your suggestions?

I prefer a smooth silk tweeter over alum domes, that will be up to your taste to see what you like better. As far as the PPI comps i just blew a mid and Sonic informed me that i am assed out because they no longer make these particular comps.

I have a set of the ID comps in one of my rides and i have been extremely impressed with them. I am abusing them with 150 watts rms a side and they are taking it like a champ and sounding great doing so.
