Good luck with your search. Many years ago, I had a cd changer that played through your stereo, by tuning to a specified FM Channel. It had a remote to change CDs. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-etPVTxXhIjS/p_130FM1289/Pioneer-Premier-CDX-FM1289.html. Worked for me, and the sound wasn't bad.
Can't delete... Goat this. Almost two years old, and this is nonsense.

Good luck. Front facing USB it's rare and it's not hard to reroute a USB from the rear. 300 isn't enough for any quality touch screen with 3 sets...
