is this a good brand of amplifier? im a newbie and would like to ask your comments... im eyeing on this model AXTU1000c i believe this is a tube amplifier.. any comments will be gladly appreciated thanks

There clean looking amps and do rated power and then some...I would go with them.

yes US amps are nice...very nice power..clean sounding..one of the best...not familiar with the tube ones though..but they go for alot on ebay..guess they are good

you cannot go wrong neither with USAmps nor Zapco. both top notch.

i had a USAmps 400X built in 1998, awesome SQ and power. but they need a stable electrical system, as voltage drops power drops as well a lot.

but if you plan using it for your front system or even only the midwoofers this should not be a problem. *thumbs up*

try to listen to a few amps and dont spend so much money just because you think it will be good.
