US Amps USA-425

So i was walking thru pawn shop today getting a saws all for work and walking by the car audio i seen a US Amps USA 425 . I almost picked it as its in good shape except the US AMPS Logo is not on the top anymore . Curious if its underrated , and how much its worth ?

For the less then 80.00 they want i should of picked it up .

I didnt know if that was considered cheap . They had the plug in part for speakers outs . i think they had it at 59.00 or 69.00
