US Amps USA-100 not powering components

For some reason my usa-100 won't power my kicker components. The green power light is coming on, but the voltage light only blinks for a second when it's first turned on. The peak light also isn't coming on. Any ideas of what's going on or common mistakes? If you need any more info please ask.

Edit - My sub amp is running off of the same crossover as my usa-100 and it's working fine. I just switched the rca's so that's not the problem.

bad amp... bad ground.. wrong settings.. etc etc

I think the problem is the speaker wire terminals. They are loose and I moved one of them up and the speakers popped. I think they aren't getting a connection inside the amp. I'll open it up sometime soon and tighten them down to see if it fixes it. The thing that's weird though is that the remote is on the same terminals as for the speaker wire and the amp is turning on.
