US AMPS MD22 Underated?

ok, i have a cdt hd-62/m6 component set that is rated at 250 watts rms. the amp i plan on using to power them and am just about to purchase is the us amps md22 which does only 200 watts x 2 rms. my questions are firstly does anyone know if this rating is at 12 volts or 14.4 volts, and secondly do you think that this amp is under rated enough to suffieciently drive this component set? thanks for any help
