US Amps MD-1D or XT2000DE for RE SE 10 D4

As the title says, which amp should I go with for a single RE SE 10 D4. Here are the links to the amps.

I think I can get them both for basically the same price; I am just not sure which would be better. The XT looks really sweet. In addition, if there are any other amps in this price range you would recommend, add them in. I am going to get something by the end of the night, so I can get it here this weekend.

MD-1D, as it is a step up in quality and features last time I heard from US Amps.
