Actually, they changed one line because most other manufacturers were misleading and killing US Amps in sales.

 

The power rattings for the 3000D Sundown for voltages above 14.4 are listed on the Sundown forum on SSA.

 

I have not seen above 14v rattings on the 3200DE, but I am sure it will be pretty serious. Either way, you are getting one heck of a strong amplifier and only if you are chasing tenths of a db would it be worth finding out the approx difference at 16v.

what about as far as efficiency, and cost? i can get the sundown for 1K, but havent found the price for the US yet... wanted to know which was the better amp before i let cost influence my decision... i will be replacing my colossus with on the two... just ready for something new.
