Hey guys, I just bought one of these for about $550. I wanted to know what are your inputs on this amp? I am looking to run about 3k-4k watts rms daily. I would like to know as much information about this amp as I can get so if any of you guys have any experience or information then please let me know. Thanks

They run 1/2 ohm daily no problem, put out about 3800 rms on a 12 volt system. They are not power hungry, and put out clean power. Nice choice.

cool, thanks guys. so this will run the 3-4k im looking to run daily? for power i have an iraggi 300amp, optima yellow top to replace my stock battery and a batcap 3000. will this be enough power to run everything? of course I will also have an amp for my mids and highs. as of right now i have the old school rockford fosgate punch 4080, but im open for any suggestions and remarks of what you guys may have to say about the 4080.

Keep the Rockford that is pretty clean power and put out a respectable amount of power.

thats what i was thinking, but man can you answer a question for me? i have had this amp for about 5years now and i still dont know how much ppower it pushed out. do you have any idea of how much REAL power it pushed out?

if its a 4080dsm the specs are

Power at 13.8V:

40 x 4 at 4 ohms

80 x 4 at 2 ohms

160 x 2 at 4 ohms bridge

Fuse: External 50A
