ya... bought on the 10th and paid right after bid was over -- shipping label printed on the 12 (???? 2 days later????)

sorry...thread jacking... people that sell stuff NEED to be responsible and quick... you have the buyers money and their freight you MUST get it out ASAP....or DONT SELL!! 1 Bad comment can ruin ya...IMO ... I always ship it same day if it is sold before 3pm.

File a claim with PayPal immediately. His lack of communication on the issue is reason enough to file a claim. Maybe he is just being lazy and giving you the run-around, so hopefully a PayPal dispute will smack him in the head and get his attention for you.

I told if I dont' have the sub by Friday I am going to do this.

i feel your pain bro....i recently lost a bit of money due to a seller claiming that they sent my USPS and that they lost the receipt for delivery confirmation. I hope you get this worked out soon.

But as previously stated, NO WAY that UPS/FedEx takes 3 weeks to deliver, and if he had used them, he would have received tracking info. If i were in your situation, i would file the claim with paypal right NOW, then communicate with lax what you have done and demand tracking info. If he can't produce it immediately, then go thru with your claim for a refund and hope you get it back.

Well, I worked it out with lax. Turns out the shipping store lost not only the sub he sent me, but the other one he sent another person. He refunded me all of my money.

He's a good guy.

Too bad shipping stores **** at life.
